We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial design build to final handover.
2. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
3. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet the client's needs and expectations.
4. Prepare and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
5. Monitor and manage project costs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
6. Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
7. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting open communication and team work.
9. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on luxury, custom home projects.
3. Proven experience in managing all stages of the construction process, from design build to project completion.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
