A bit about us:

We foster collaborative relationships and a discovery process that pushes architecture beyond aesthetics and shelter. This gives rise to places that tell stakeholders' collective story. Through this experience, visitors become participants. They find voice for their own stories. They are changed.

Architecture is our means to articulate visions and ideas that pull communities together. In turn, it helps to repair rifts and establish platforms to reach our collective aspirations. Our projects bring people back into relationships with the land, their history and each other. We work every day to live up to our mission, “Modeling how we should live and influencing the world through the practice of architecture.”

Why join us?

Our firm is a creative, international community of problem-solvers. We create human-centered architecture, master planning and urban design in places of natural significance around the globe. Through a rigorous, collaborative process, we bring our clients’ wisdom to center stage, Unlocking the Embedded Potential of their vision to create places that care for the earth, promote well-being and lead to measurable human transformation.

Sensitive to environmental and aesthetic contexts, we integrate technology, materials, art, and craft to make well-loved places that bring people together.

An Architect Top 50 Firm, we have received more than 200 international and national design awards and has been widely published at home and abroad.
