Project Manager

An industry leading Medical Device company in the greater Charlotte area is looking for a Project Manager as they continue to grow. This role will involve coordinating installations and a "go-live" of a software product within hospitals. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering software solutions to customers, expertise with product delivery and implementations.

The Project Manager will manage assigned customer implementations by coordinating with Sales, Service, Software, IT, Operations, and Informatics resources to provide a smooth implementation process. This role will be the single point of contact for assigned customers during implementations to ensure timelines and resources are managed effectively to successfully implement our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience delivering software solutions to customers
• Product Delivery and implementation experience
• Knowledge/experience managing projects that involve installation of IT applications, software interfaces
• Advanced communication skills, particularly describing ideas verbally and writing clear emails is essential
• Knowledge of the Health IT industry
