Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil and highway construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry and must possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project risks and identify potential issues before they occur.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Manage project team members and ensure they are meeting project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Experience in civil and highway construction projects.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
