Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Project Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing and installation Industry. This role is a perfect match for a person who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about driving efficiency in bringing our customers projects to life.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, initiate, and manage installation projects, leading the team to deliver on agreed upon targets and deadlines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project plans.
3. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
9. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
12. Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Previoius experience with textile installation
2. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction/installation industry.
3. Demonstrated experience with construction, textile, and partition.
4. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in manufacturing and installation processes.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
10. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, maintaining focus and making clear decisions.
11. Ability to lead and inspire a team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect.
