Using Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind and mold restoration projects
Managing reconstruction projects from referral through completion.
Job planning, documentation, customer communication and execution.
Developing and maintaining relationships with insurance adjusters and referral sources.
Closing job referrals and finalizing contracts.
Responding to property damage emergency calls; Negotiating restoration services and insurance claims settlements
Planning, developing and managing crews and subcontractors
Establishing and maintaining client relationships
Attending all appropriate company meeting and company sponsored training sessions
Project Management - Develops project plans and budgets;
Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress;
Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities; Estimating and managing emergency services projects
