Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about project management, finance, and driving strategic initiatives. You will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing large, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.
2. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
4. Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
5. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
6. Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
7. Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
8. Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
9. Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
10. Determining the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyzing results, and troubleshooting problem areas.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager role will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 6 years of executive administration experience.
3. At least 2 years of experience in Project Management in the Finance industry.
4. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
5. Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects from start to finish.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
7. Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
9. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
10. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
