Position Overview
The Project Manager reports to the Team Lead. The Project Manager manages all phases of a job, including surveys, production and installation. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure every job is executed on time, is profitable, and within budget. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Essential Functions
● Mentors and manages Assistant Project Manager on project team
● Attends weekly team meetings to convey project status and plans
● Leads client kick off meetings
● Attends handoff meeting from Sales/Estimating
● Responsible for the day-to-day tasks for projects including production and installation
● Performs quality checks on materials for samples + installs
● Places items into production and schedule installers while keeping track of expenses and budget
● Responsible to maintain project finances including: billing, projections, vendor invoice approval, expenses and
budget
● Liaise with clients during site surveys: answering inquiries and addressing any concerns.
● Creates and adheres to strict project schedules; identify and address roadblocks that could affect deadlines
● Coordinates site visits with clients, ensuring that all logistics have been addressed prior to visiting a job site for
survey and/or installation
● Coordinates scheduling of materials and labor for each project, verifying each job is staffed appropriately and
all necessary materials are available

About You
● At least 3+ years project management or similar field experience
● Bachelor Degree - preferably in Design, Architecture, Project Management
● Ability to read design intent documents and construction plans
● Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana/Smartsheets/Zoho
● Ability to work and think independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
● Strong attention to detail, exceedingly well-organized, and technologically savvy
● A true team player, no ego’s here
