This growing team is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to join them!
The project manager is responsible for ensuring that each remodeling or construction project is completed in a timely manner, within or under the estimated budget, and to the absolute satisfaction of the client. The Project Manager will manage anywhere from 5-10 projects simultaneously and has overall responsibility for each project from contract signing through closeout, client acceptance, and collection of the final payment. He/she accomplishes this by directing all field employees, subcontractors, material suppliers, inspectors, and others in the efforts needed to achieve these goals.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent 5+ years of experience in the home remodeling/construction industry.
Preferred education and experience:
Associates/Bachelors degree in General Contracting or Construction Management Licensed General Contractor PMP Certification
