Project Manager

We are a full-service contractor specializing in ground-up builds and tenant improvements in Phoenix. Due to our ethical practices and commitment to safety, we are a trusted industry leader with a growing backlog of work. Because of that, we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be able to oversee the entire construction project from start to finish, working closely with our clients, subcontractors, and other team members
• The project manager will be responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring that all project requirements are met
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, project management, subcontracting, and billing
• Ensure that all project requirements are met on time and within budget
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors regularly about status of projects
• Work with subcontractors to ensure that contracts are understood and work is performed in a timely manner
• Maintain project files including billing, maps, schedules, etc
• Ensure that work is performed in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding goals for cost and time
• Review bid requests and schedules with clients to discuss progress on projects
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the entire process
• Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA regulations and health codes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience
• Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including building plans and specifications
• Ability to bid, negotiate and prepare scopes for subcontract agreements, create and manage construction schedules
• Manage RFI’s and submittal process, and deliver projects on time and on budget
