We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure project quality and safety standards are met
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
