Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing -

+ Manage MEP construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
+ Monitor cost, schedule, and quality to ensure timely and profitable delivery
+ Conduct pre-job planning meetings; document and follow up on all action items
+ Ensure project schedules align with the master schedule and proactively resolve conflicts
+ Prepare and submit monthly billing to support strong project cash flow
+ Process scope changes and update budgets accordingly
+ Support buy-out process for equipment and subcontracts
+ Track and analyze job cost and progress reports throughout the project lifecycle
+ Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to address site issues
+ Visit jobsites regularly for inspections, quality checks, and issue resolution
+ Participate in conflict resolution with trades, vendors, or internal teams
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures

What You’ll Need -

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
+ 2–5 years of experience managing construction projects (MEP experience preferred)
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
+ Initiative and a proactive mindset—someone who anticipates rather than reacts
+ Familiarity with project scheduling software and job cost systems is a plus
