We’re hiring a Project Manager to support a major semiconductor facility build in the Syracuse area. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone eager to drive complex work and grow under experienced construction leadership.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations on a fast-paced jobsite and collaborate with owners, subs, and project teams to ensure safe, on-budget, on-time delivery. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, has overseen large-scale commercial construction, and understands how to deliver excellence in high-tech, safety-sensitive sectors.

Job Details
✅ What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of PM experience on commercial builds
Track record on $5M+ projects
Strong skills in subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and billing
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in CM
🎯 Preferred:
Self-perform GC experience
Exposure to union trades
Team player with a can-do attitude in field settings
5+ years of PM experience on commercial builds
Track record on $5M+ projects
Strong skills in subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and billing
