We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/MEP construction knowledge and Primavera P6. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project schedules are accurate and up-to-date
• Analyze project data and provide recommendations for optimizing project schedules
• Implement pull planning and last planner system to improve project efficiency
• Utilize CPM and takt planning methods to ensure project deadlines are met
• Communicate project schedule updates to all stakeholders and facilitate necessary adjustments
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks and roadblocks
• Develop and maintain project reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical/MEP construction processes and terminology
• Expertise in Primavera P6 software and other scheduling tools
• Experience with pull planning, last planner system, CPM, and takt planning methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
