Job Details
BS in Accounting or Finance
Experience working in the property management or real estate industry
Well versed in Yardi
Experience with job costing is a plus
Experience with MRI software is a plus
Understanding of FAS 141 is a plus
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
