Job Details
A real estate firm is seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions for our multifamily properties. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is a plus
A minimum of 2 years of multifamily or commercial property accounting experience
Experience with Yardi software
Intermediate or higher level Excel skills
Proficient in transactional and standard report proficiency
Highly organized with demonstrable prioritization and deadline management capabilities
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Collaborative and superlative work ethic
