We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Property Maintenance professional to join our dynamic team in the mortgage industry. This role is crucial to maintaining the physical integrity of our properties at the highest level. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, project management, and customer service. They will also possess a broad knowledge of real estate, be adept at hiring contractors to fix properties, and have strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. This exciting role requires a hands-on approach to address and rectify minor issues at each property, ensuring our properties are always in top condition.


1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all properties in our portfolio, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
3. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address immediate repair needs and potential long-term issues.
4. Utilize your mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work, including costs, to assist in budgeting and planning.
7. Stay abreast of real estate market trends and regulations to ensure our properties remain competitive and compliant.
8. Handle minor repairs and improvements at each property, reducing the need for external contractors and saving costs.
9. Collaborate with the broader team to strategize on property improvements and enhancements.


1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably within the mortgage industry.
2. Proven experience in project management and customer service.
3. Extensive knowledge of real estate, including market trends and regulations.
4. Experience hiring and managing contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance.
5. Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
