Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Community management experience or equivalent experience is highly desired.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
