We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team in the property management/real estate industry. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard, and that all rental income is collected efficiently. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and property improvements.
  • Collect rent from tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage lease administration, including renewals, negotiations, and terminations.
  • Utilize your real estate knowledge to assess property values and identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Hire and coordinate with contractors to carry out repairs, renovations, and maintenance on properties.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks related to property management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they are in good condition and meet all standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong tenant relationships.
  • Experience in lease administration, including negotiations and renewals.
  • Proven track record in collecting rent and managing property finances.
  • Experience hiring and managing contractors for property repairs and improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification would be an advantage.
