Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee an apartment complex in the Visalia area. You will be responsible for efficient property management, maintaining high occupancy rates, and delivering excellent customer service.

Property Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections for safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Oversee rent collection and handle delinquent accounts.
Leasing and Tenant Relations:
- Advertise and attract tenants for available units.
- Conduct tenant screenings and handle lease agreements and renewals.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs.
- Work with contractors and vendors for quality and cost-effective services.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of property management and leasing experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
