Salary: $130-$140/hour (based on scheduled patients)
Employment: Full-time, 1099 contract work
Schedule: M-TH 8:30am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm (flexible if working less than 40 hours)
Location: Fresno, CA (hybrid-remote)
Practice Setting: Hybrid, outpatient

Under the guidance of the Supervising Physician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric care to our patients.
You will have a diverse range of responsibilities including:
- Conducting thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations for new patients.
- Collaborating with the Supervising Physician to establish patient care plans and treatment strategies.
- Managing medication regimens and adjustments based on patient needs.
- Providing psychotherapeutic interventions and skill-building techniques.
- Ordering and interpreting necessary lab work and diagnostic tests.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with patients' families and caregivers.
- Coordinating care and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient well-being.
Requirements:
- Valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in the state of California.
- Minimum one year of outpatient psychiatric experience as a PMHNP/PA-C.
