1.0 Full-time - Monday-Friday schedule
Work Setting: PHP
Treating ages 11-18 yrs. old, IF comfortable with Adult patients, our ages for that program is 18-28 years of age.
Caseload - For Child/Adolescent average case load: 18-20 patients seen 2x a week. After initial evaluation, 2nd meeting with team rounds. Adult caseload is 21-24 patients seen 2x a week.
Required: 2 notes per week to write on each patient seen
20-25hrs a week with patients, remainder with team building out care treatment plans, collaborating and assessing.
Not held accountable if census isn't there
Call Schedule: Rotation with other staff, from home. No new admissions in evening or weekend.
Willing to cross over coverage with some eating disorder patients or young adult patients
Full-support staff including but not limited to: Licensed Therapists, Case manager, Clinical Manager, Administrative support, and Staff Nurses
Focus on superior patient care treating OCD, trauma, Mood Disorders with a strong therapeutic approach including individual and family therapy
