12-hour Night Shift: Sun-Mon-Tues from 6 pm - 6:20 AM

Summary:
Evaluate and report product conformance of vendor and finished product relative to establish quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Broad knowledge of inspection equipment including CMM setup and calibration.
• Coordinate measuring machine, optical comparator, hardness tester, precision measuring equipment, general inspection, measuring tools, blue prints records
• Inspect vendor material to ensure conformance with specifications
• Collects inspection data for files and reports
• Must have ability to do receiving, final, and outgoing inspections.
• Inspect in-process products for conformance to specifications
• Run parts thru CMM and interpret results.
• Perform first article inspections on complicated tight tolerance parts.
