We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of our manufacturing processes. As a Permanent Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, managing quality assurance personnel, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.

• Manage quality assurance personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Develop and maintain HACCP, Food Safety, PCQI, BMS, GMP, and CAPA programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Work with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve quality-related issues.

• Conduct investigations into quality-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., food science, engineering, or chemistry).

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance management in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, PCQI, BMS, GMP, and CAPA programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals.
