We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of inspection operations and uphold our commitment to quality. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing inspection activities, mentoring inspection staff, and ensuring all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Confirm all manufactured products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping teams to maintain workflow and inspection efficiency.
Maintain logs, reports, and all documentation required for ISO 9001 QMS compliance.
Serve as the point of contact for resolving customer and vendor quality issues.
Manage and prioritize incoming inspection work and assign resources accordingly.
Complete and organize all necessary quality paperwork (RMAs, FAIRs, Corrective Actions, SCARs, etc.).
Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong-to-expert level experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Deep understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawings.
Experience maintaining or supporting ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High school diploma or above required; technical certifications preferred.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
