Job Details
***MUST HAVE: Strong close tolerance mechanical inspection background and CMM expert***
Ensure all manufactured products meet customer specifications and ISO9001 QMS requirements.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping to maximize efficiency and throughput.
Manage inspection priorities, allocate resources, and resolve customer/vendor quality issues.
Maintain quality records, logs, and required documentation (RMAs, FAIRs, Corrective Actions, SCARs).
Utilize measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gages, CMM) and standard business software (Outlook, Excel, Word) to ensure precision and accuracy.
