We have a need for our Plymouth and Northville, Michigan facilities.





This position is a full-time position with benefits including PTO, health, vision, and dental insurance as well as a profit-sharing plan.

The position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with some overtime as needed. Typically it can be 4-5 hours per week as needed.



1. Review of all of our quality documents for accuracy prior to sending them to other personnel and customers. These documents include, Product specification sheets, Nutritional Panels, Kosher certificates, MSDS, C of As, Audit results, Customer specific documentation and formulas.
2. Completing all requested customer documentation within the requested time frame and or by their respective due dates.
3. Assurance that the facility is in compliance with GMP’s and HACCP plans:
· CCP’s are in place or being adhered to for every product manufactured: thermal, screens, magnets, filters…
· Assuring all foot stations, hand wash stations, sanitizing stations are kept in a neat and orderly condition.
· Assuring all hairnet, beard net and visitor smocks are replenished.
· Assuring all safety glasses, ear plugs, hairnets and PPE’s are being utilized in a proper fashion and razors/tools are accounted for, being used properly and replenished
4. Weekly training of production and shipping team members on lapses and improvements.
5. Review and recommendations for continuous improvement at our Northville facility and beyond.
6. Review of all Kosher certificates and maintenance of our Kosher list for this facility.
7. Assisting with the verification of all inbound materials and receiving logs.
8. Review of ALL HACCP plans and continuous updating and adjustments based on the facility’s needs.
