Quality Control Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quality Control Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control program for all construction projects, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality control professionals and working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control program for all construction projects.
• Lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality control standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed to address quality control issues and ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and recommending solutions to improve quality control processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control, and ensure that the company's quality control program is aligned with the latest standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that quality control processes are integrated into all aspects of the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control in the construction industry, with a focus on USACE projects, concrete, spillways, rock dowels, and anchors.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of quality control professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control in the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
