Duties & Responsibilities
Lead quality engineering, with teams with tasks for plant.
Leading problem solving, inspection/final inspection.
Running document updating including control plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, Gage planning.
Customer support, customer trials, & other responsibilities.
Responsible for preparation of PPAP on time for new product release, assemble data from Metrology/Testing Labs/Special Tests
New Projects: Launch Engineering to create Gage Lists, purchase , & set up items in Gage Tracking Software, and MRO.
Create spare parts lists for Straightening Fixtures/Machines, & QA Equipment as needed.
Help with launch trials to ensure the process will be ready for start of production.
Responsible for process audits and costumer audits.

REQUIREMENTS
BS or AS university or 6 years experience
3 min. Automotive Quality experience
Problem Solving, QRQC, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC
