We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer for a permanent position in our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems and procedures, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer for a permanent position in our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems and procedures, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations of non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are in place and adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct audits, create audit reports, and ensure that corrective actions are completed.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s.
- Monitor, communicate, and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Supplier OTD (Past due), DPPM and waste.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintaining the ISO certification.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance, and corrective action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven experience with ISO 9001 and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software..
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
