Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards such as AS9100. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and processes, and as such, requires a candidate who is methodical, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process.
• Develop, implement, and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify areas of non-compliance, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on product and process failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and improve manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Provide training and support to the manufacturing team on quality standards, procedures, and tools.
• Prepare and present quality reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with CAPA, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, AS9100, Audit, Root Cause Analysis, and Quality Management

Systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and quality-related software tools.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices.
