Quality Engineer

A leading aerospace and defense company specializing in avionics and power system technologies is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with AS9100D standards across avionics and power system manufacturing
• Conduct audits, First Article Inspections (FAI), and quality assessments to maintain regulatory compliance
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues
• Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve quality processes
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding quality standards and expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality assurance
• Strong expertise in AS9100D compliance, auditing, and FAI processes
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
