Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and address quality concerns and customer feedback.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Develop and maintain process and product control plans.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Oversee ISO and QMS document control and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage statistical analysis and performance metrics for quality improvements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of up to 10 quality personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in quality, process improvement, and manufacturing.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and statistical analysis (Black Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in Minitab, Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD, and SolidWorks.
• Certified ISO auditor with experience in QMS and document control.
