Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet company and customer expectations.
• Implement and maintain ISO and TS16949 quality systems, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Utilize SPC, APQP, PPAP (FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, Capability Analysis) to optimize product quality.
• Lead quality audits, process improvements, and defect prevention strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers, suppliers, and external regulatory bodies on quality matters.
• Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality management role, preferably in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality application tools.
• Experience with ISO and TS16949 quality systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred:

• Experience managing technical personnel and complex quality operations.
• Background in engineering, technical operations, or quality management.
