Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

Title: Quality Manager
Location: Starkville, MS 39759
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

• Develop, implement, and manage ISO and API-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Oversee internal/external audits and drive corrective actions.
• Lead process improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Manage quality across all production phases, including plasma cutting, welding, hydraulic assembly, and paint operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and engineers.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve quality issues and manage warranty claims.
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management required.
• 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record with ISO/API systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• CQE or Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
