Job Details
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a Quality Management or Metallurgy role.
- Knowledge of industry standards and specifications such as: ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, CQI-9, Nadcap (heat treatment), ISO 14001, AMS 2750
- Strong understanding of heat treatment processes and equipment.
- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
