We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (R.N.) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring efficient operation of our healthcare facility. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in vital signs monitoring, emergency response, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
  • Direct and supervise less experienced nursing staff.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide guidance and emergency treatments to patients.
  • Monitor vital signs during medical procedures.
  • Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention, or childbirth and develop health improvement programs.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an R.N. in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in vital signs monitoring, emergency response, and documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and compassionate.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • BLS and ACLS certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is preferred.
