The ideal candidate for this position will have 3 (+) years of Real Estate experience, including strong knowledge of foreclosures, and be admitted as a notary public!

Qualifications:

• Must have Transactional Experience!
• Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge (litigation, lease transactions, property management, & purchase and sale transactions)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiating skills
