Job Details
As a Title Attorney / Mortgage Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- Must be willing to travel throughout entire State of Nevada on a as needed basis
- Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Member of the Nevada State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements
- Minimum of 2-8 years litigation experience in real estate or mortgage servicing preferred.
- Knowledge of foreclosure process and requirements preferred, but not required
- Must be ok with 1920 hour billable requirement
- Must reside in Nevada
