Real Estate Finance Attorney (Title & Survey)

Top Mid-sized Minnesota Law Firm seeks to add a Senior Real Estate Attorney to their practice! The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience as well as a solid background with Closings, Title, and Survey review! You will be the go-to resource within the Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle letters related to review on both the Title and Survey side of a deal. Having a strong understanding of Title objections, as well as expertise in handling lease negotiations, purchase agreements, and commercial documentation is a must!

1800 billable hour requirement (There is flexibility here!)

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
