Please have 7+ years of handling sophisticated real estate matters:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to represent clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters;
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, sale of rights agreements, leases and property transfer documents;
  • Construction litigation;
  • Represent landlords, developers, BODs and managers of cooperatives and condominiums;
