Based in Atlanta, We are a boutique private equity firm that specializes in franchising & consulting high growth concepts nationally. We work with our portfolio companies to grow and scale the business from franchise development services, real estate services, design & construction services, and franchise operation services.

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager to oversee all phases of acquisitions, and development of new franchise locations. This person will play a critical role in driving market strategy and growth across the country. This individual will have the responsibility of leading new store expansion from site selection, approvals, lease executions, and lease administration and will serve as the internal expert on real estate, representing and driving the expansion strategy externally with brokers and landlords. This position is remote, but will work directly with the team and other Dealmakers across the Company.

  • 3-6 years' experience in real estate analysis and site selection experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Real Estate environment strongly preferred.
  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field with experience in project management, commercial real estate analysis and market research.


  • Work with the senior management teams to formulate, maintain and execute national, regional and local real estate development penetration strategies for new store growth and relocations
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend potential new locations in accordance with the strategic plan
  • Negotiate letters of intent, leases, lease renewals, amendments, estoppels, rent reductions, extensions and other related documents and manage all associated processes
  • Be able to gain approval of new sites by preparing and effectively presenting and communicating at real estate committee and board meetings
  • Analyze pro forma to determine financial feasibility of potential new sites
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with landlords, developers and other retailers
  • Work in partnership with the real estate team on design elements for each new potential site
