Background Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Paralegal Certification is preferred
• 3+ years experience as a Paralegal and working on commercial real estate deals
• Title survey experience is required
• Experienced with reviewing and marking up survey and title commitments
• Notary Public is highly preferred; or looking to obtain Notary Public qualification
