Job Details

Core Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with real estate professionals, financial advisors, and potential clients
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial real estate market
  • Deliver educational presentations to professionals including real estate brokers, attorneys, accountants, and investors
  • Demonstrate strong public speaking abilities for diverse audience sizes and backgrounds
  • Build strategic partnerships through active participation in industry events and professional organizations
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service offerings and competitive landscape
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Analyze market opportunities to expand service reach and develop new partnerships
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications
  • Active attorney license or CPA certification

Work Arrangement
  • Remote/work from home position after initial training period -- majority of time spent meeting with clients and prospects throughout NYC
  • Initial training and development will take place in Westchester County office
  • Role involves frequent in-person meetings throughout the territory
