Regional Sales Manager - REMOTE

Base Salary
Commission target of 25%+

Are you an experienced Metals Manufacturing Account Executive? Are you interested in a bigger commercial role, larger territory, or strong / stable company?

This role will be responsible for the Midwest territory areas of WI and IL (50% regional travel), and will both expand existing client relationships as well as identify and secure new accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Use knowledge of metals manufacturing products, services and value-added applications to optimize sales and margin opportunities for current and prospective customers
• Call on provided list of leads to generate opportunities and develop new leads
• Regularly visiting clients onsite to strengthen relationships
• Provide management with the necessary reporting

Qualified candidates will offer:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5yrs+ experience in outside sales - experienced in metals manufacturing, Automotive, Building Products, Steel / Metal industry
• Demonstrated ability to establish, build, and strengthen client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
