Qualifications – Needed:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction products, building materials, or related industries.
- Proven track record in dealer network management, territory sales, and B2B selling.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage assigned territory through dealer network and other market channels to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Sell roll-up and rolling steel doors to existing and prospective market segments.
- Use Salesforce to maintain leads, prospect lists, customer notes, and marketing collateral requests.
- Conduct extensive cold calling and in-person visits to prospective and current customers.
- Present and demonstrate products using samples, catalogs, and technical features.
- Facilitate quotes, manage customer service tasks, and coordinate with internal departments on credit and account setup.
- Generate and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense records.
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to identify and execute new market opportunities.
- Coordinate dealer and customer training as needed.
- Attend trade shows, monitor competitor activity, and provide market intelligence to leadership.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.
