What You Will Be Doing
Providing competent clinical nursing care
Coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process
Participating in patient education and readiness to learn assessments
Evaluating patient care and outcomes
Implementing care for patients with complex problems
Developing professional growth goals
Promoting a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment
Skills You Need
RN with at least one year of work experience
Experience in behavioral health nursing (pediatric or adult) preferred
Strong understanding of pediatric patients with developmental disabilities
Excellent communication and team skills
