We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic in Allentown! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical industry and make a difference in the lives of our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in our outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the physician
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and treatments
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced and often stressful environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
