We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse - Clinical Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our facility and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, manage patient flow, and ensure that all clinical protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical operations of our facility and ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with our team of healthcare professionals.
• Manage patient flow and ensure that all patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that our facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and training to our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license to practice in the state.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current clinical practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
