We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering exceptional patient care in a high-stress, fast-paced environment, making quick and accurate decisions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
2. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency department.
3. Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
4. Responding rapidly and effectively to sudden changes in patient condition or emergency situations.
5. Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their conditions, procedures, and aftercare.
6. Adhering strictly to all hospital protocols and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of safety and infection control at all times.
7. Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in emergency nursing.

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

1. A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an emergency department or critical care setting.
3. Operating Room experience is highly desirable.
4. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred.
5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
6. Excellent clinical skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care while managing patient and family expectations.
8. The physical stamina to work long hours and the emotional resilience to cope with the demands of emergency nursing.
